Genesis Builders Group (GBG) has built over 500 homes since 2005. We have successfully sold out in the communities of Taralake, Taravista, Kincora and Sherwood. We are now building in the communities of Saddlestone in north-east Calgary, Sage Meadows and Evans Ridge in north-west Calgary and Bayside in Airdrie. The plans offer many features including options for a fourth bedroom, bonus rooms, fireplace, study, vaulted ceilings, walk-through pantries, kitchen islands and luxury ensuites. Our homes are offered in two trim levels – Evolution and Executive. The Evolution package has many features that you would expect in a well constructed home – quality appliances, upgraded carpet, linoleum flooring, high end kitchen cabinets etc. Our Executive package comes with 9’ ceilings, hardwood and tile flooring on the main floor, iron spindles and wood railings, knockdown ceilings and numerous upgraded features that are standard features and will make your home extra comfortable. There are many 46 foot canal lots with walkouts currently available. The canal lots have private access to your very own private dock. Bayside 9 has oversize lots and due to the limited access to the area, it is a quiet and secluded oasis in Airdrie.
We currently have six show homes open in total in north-east Calgary, north-west Calgary and Airdrie. Our show homes reflect the pride we take in building all our homes. Please visit them. Some of the outstanding features you will see are 42” kitchen cabinets, hardwood, tile, wood and spindle railing, 9 foot ceilings, basement development and much, much more. Our homes range in size from 1,000 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. Even though we have over forty floor plans available, we are always listening and we are prepared to make changes to the plans because we feel you know best what your dream home should look like. Some of our homes have stucco exteriors as per the architectural controls for the area and some have vinyl sidings as per the code for the area. We build homes with front drive garages and also homes that have garages in the back lane.

We are looking at opportunities to build multi-family homes in Saddlestone, Sage Meadows and Bayside. The Saffron in Saddlestone will be an entry level forty one unit complex, whereas The Brownstones in Sage Meadows will be an upscale forty six unit housing project.
