The Breeze at Airdrie was our first completed project in Bayside. The Breeze comprised a total of 125 units: 36 architecturally designed townhomes built in six-unit clusters and an 89-unit apartment building. The Breeze was all about eye-catching design, innovative floor plans and full landscaping. The apartment building featured nine-foot ceilings, expansive floor plans, secure heated underground parking and ample surface parking. The townhouse amenities include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, complete with double-attached garages.

Junction was a 128-unit multi-family apartment building in Taralake, a Genesis community in northeast Calgary.
