SAGE HILL CROSSING

A marquis project by Genesis is planned for the centre of the Symons Valley corridor. You will be able to live, work and play at Sage Hill Crossing.

Plans call for two national retailers to be built as retail anchors with approvals in place to develop more than 1.2 million square feet of retail space in total. Sage Hill Crossing has been designed to accommodate four large office towers with 980,000 square feet of office space, multi levels of parking, a hotel, restaurants, entertainment, a recreational centre and multi-family residential buildings with up to 4,450 units. Plans include having a transit hub located right at sage Hill Crossing.

A large public recreation facility with a swimming pool, skating rinks and gymnasiums combined with a library and community facilities such as meeting rooms has been proposed for Sage Hill Crossing.


BAYSIDE VILLAGE

Bayside Village is ideally situated in the maritime community of Bayside in Airdrie. Bayside Village will comprise of approximately 50,000 square feet of retail space and include a coffee shop outlet, restaurant and professional offices.


NORTHEAST CALGARY INDUSTRIAL LANDS

Comprising of 614 acres, the Northeast Lands are situated directly east of the interchange at Stoney Trail and Airport Trail. Currently these lands will be used for flat storage. Long term plans call for an eco-friendly industrial park with focus on office and light industrial uses.


SADDLESTONE CENTRE

A new commercial site will be located in the centre of the new Genesis community of Saddlestone. It will also serve as the shopping hub for two other completed Genesis communities of Taralake and TaraVista.


SAGE MEADOWS CENTRE

Also located in the Symons Valley corridor is the Sage Meadows Commercial Centre. This 9.5 acre mixed-use site will include multi-family, office and commercial development.


SOUTH ACHESON INDUSTRIAL PARK

In the Edmonton Metropolitan area, Acheson is one of the fastest developing areas for light industrial and commercial businesses. Genesis’s industrial lands provide the only one or two acre lots with prime exposure, access and visibility from the highway. The lands are currently under development.


TARALAKE PLAZA

Located in the community of Taralake in north east Calgary, the site is currently under construction. The site will include a national convenience store, a national coffee shop outlet, a grocery store and other stores to serve the local community.
