EAST BALZAC

Genesis was the first developer to propose a large scale commercial/retail development on the east side of the QE2 Highway east of Balzac. Work began in 2001. The site was subsequently sold to make way for the CrossIron Mills Shopping Centre.

THE CANALS

A commercial site in the Genesis community of the Canals in Airdrie has been developed into a community retail centre.

SADDLESTONE CIRCLE

A commercial parcel previously owned by Genesis, located at the intersection of Falconridge Boulevard and 80th  Avenue NE was sold for development. The new Saddletowne Shopping Centre includes a large grocery store, a drug store, retail, restaurant, professional offices and a firehall.
